Overhanging brambles and hedges reaching right across the pavement

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 14:19, Mon 9 November 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2378633.

The length of hedge around the perimeter of the property at the corner of 41 Troopers Hill Road and Cassey Bottom Lane is very overgrown and growing well over into the pavement. Of most concern are the long branches from brambles which are potentially dangerous especially when walking along here in the dark, or for anyone partially sighted.
