Ref old report 2367707 - still not working!
Reported via desktop in the Street Light category anonymously at 09:48, Wed 11 November 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2381811.
I previously reported this street lamp was not working. I saw repairmen working on lamp yesterday. Today I received a "problem fixed" confirmation from you. BUT the light was again not on last night - furthermore your webpage suggests calling council to report if web page doesn't work (which it patently didn't in this case) - after 4 mins of "options" I get recorded message telling me " you are first in queue estimated wait time 15 minutes" . C'mon guys (and gals) BCC is better than this surely???

11:00 PM - the Streetlight is not working. This is obviously a timer issue - you appear to have sorted out the malfunctioning lamp but the timing sequence is out as it was illuminated earlier this evening - I don't know when it went off. Please return and check.
