Drop Kerb Contractor working at 17 King John's Road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2382583.

Concerns over licensing of contractor as they've dumped a large tree (from excavation area for hard standing) in to a lane to the side property. Worried they're not reputable.
