Flooded again. After getting an email to let me know it’s fixed and no further action required I feel I have to let you know it’s not the case. We had a little down pour tonight and this is the result. The photos supplied were taken after I battled with a brush to clear the deluge of water coming into my garage. It was approximately 3’s deep at the height. The water has damaged the tiles on the floor as the water has caused them to lift. Please supply me with info on how to claim compensation for the damage caused as I have reported it over several years now.

    I have had an email from the council to tell me this has been rectified and no further action required. Does this look like it's been rectified. This drain is the one outside the pied horse pub that has been like this for a number of years as you can see from my several over the years of complaints reporting this to the council. Can you please inform me of the work that was done to rectify my reports of flooding. As I am sure nothing has ever been done. No doubt I will get flooded again when it rains.
