Tall antique light by school still not working. It is on the pavement outside Northcote House on the road Clifton Park. Still no top on the light!!! Unclear numbering: seemingly light number 4.

Still not fixed after I believe some years. Unacceptable in that it lights a road that has a school opposite the light.
