This issue is still ongoing and does seem to be getting worse. Even the smallest shower and the puddle is there and it take hours to drain, The problem has become worse now as some seems to have deposited oil in the drain. This results in an oil filled puddle every time it rains and then it leave an oil spill on the road which is dangerous. There is a school situated on this road so this makes it even more of a hazard, not just for drivers but also a number of children use bikes and scooters. As you can see this is situated right by a crossing. It is also covering the pavement and spreads when cars are parking or when I accessing drives.

I see that some one has commented on the oil in the blocked drain on abingdon road .
I think it may be coming from no 19 abingdon road as they to jet wash out the back of a work's van most weekends .
