Absence of lights caused near misses

Reported via mobile in the Zebra Crossing Light category anonymously at 14:15, Mon 16 November 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council 1 hour, 5 minutes later

There are no street lights or crossing lights on the zebra Crossing to Aldi. I've nearly been hit twice trying to cross at night when cars haven't seen me still crossing. I've seen other pedestrians have near misses. I've been a passenger in a car where the driver didn't see a pedestrian waiting to cross. The crossing needs a light in the center partition.
