Box should not have been installed

A utility box was installed outside our property after we had submitted an application for a 'Vehicle Crossover'. We have therefore not been able to drop the 5th kerbstone. Our driveway was completed a few months ago and initially we did not see this as an issue, however this is problem and could cause damage to our vehicles as we are going over the kerb that is not lowered. We were not informed that this utility box was due to be fitted and were therefore unable to explain the driveway was due to be altered/licence applied for. In addition to this the contractors who carried out the box installation were aggressive and I did not feel comfortable to approach them, once they had commenced work. The Vehicle Crossover Application was submitted by M Babbage & Son on 25/05/2020 and completed by P Taylor of Bristol Council on 02/07/2020. I look forward to hearing from you.
