New light shining directly into garden - very bright.

New Victorian style street light shines directly into Elm Villa's garden very brightly, where chickens are kept. This is confusing their sleep patterns - they are not going in to roost due to the light. Please could the light be shaded on one side so it only lights the lane as the previous light did. The light was replaced on 12 November 2020 and looks very pretty but the chickens have been affected ever since.
