Sunken manhole cover

Reported via mobile in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 21:48, Tue 17 November 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council 35 minutes later

There is a significant depression in the road pavement on the northbound side of the road due to a sunken manhole. The depression is about 3 inches and significant for cars and incredibly dangerous for cyclists. I cycled over this on Monday 16/11/2020 at about 1630 and nearly came off my bike.
