Council have left rubbish for over two week

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

People doing community service cleared this area and left bags of leaves and rubbish here. But the bags have been sat here for over two weeks. I have reported it three times, people are now adding their own crap to the pile so the pile keeps growing. It looks awful.
