Shrub overgrown and blocking pavement

A shrub with red leaves has overgrown from the garden of 12A Miles Road and is blocking the pavement forcing people onto the road. The shrub in question can be seen in the Street View clipping attached behind the white car - the shrub has now got bigger.

  • I reported this in August and I, too, have noticed the obstruction remains in spite of an enforcement letter being issued by the Council.
