Corner of arthurswood & pigott ave, Withywood the pavement has a large hole due to large vehicles

There is a large hole and lump in the pavement on the corner of arthurswood rd and pigott ave due to large vehicles parking there, also the kerb stone has become loose. Which we have tried to put back in place.
