Dangerous ditch on City-responsible road and land

Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 17:42, Tue 1 December 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2413855.

Clifton Down (road) (The Promenade) is definitely a heavily-used "adopted" City-responsible road. There is a dangerous ditch between the road and part of Clifton Downs land rather than the denial stated today as "This issue is not on adopted highway and is not the responsibility of Bristol City Council:"
