70s light fit seems to stop working often

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This is lamp post number 1 its a 1930s cast iron post but the light fitting is a 1970s one and seems to be off most of the time I think over the years its been reported by myself 2 times alone, and looking like others have reported it, maybe the light fitting needs to replace with a new light
