This manhole cover drives us mad . Everything time a vehicle goes over it - it is very noisy . We have double glazing and I can still hear it even though I am quite a way up Haverstock Road . Had to keep closing the bedroom window in the summer as the noise would wake us . Wells Road is a busy road so the noise of the manhole cover being driven over is pretty constant and very annoying
