A disgusting mess. Disgusted how people treat our neighbourhood. Education, cameras. people would rather dump them pay the 12£ for bulky collection which beggars believe. Perhaps offer the service for free so that at least you can pick it up from a house rather than from the street? I don’t know what the answer is but the status quo cannot continue!
