Obstruction caused by cars parking on Double Yellow Lines. Ref:2381264

Not sure why this report has been closed as the problem has increased. Road Sweeper arrived to clear kerb side of leaves covering Double yellow lines but was prevented by cars parked on the whole length of road. The problem is made worse by customers of the Terrys Takeaway Van clearly parking on Double Yellow Lines not covered by leaves causing an obstruction to the entrance of New Station Road. Double Yellow Lines need repainting and enforced.
