The pavement floods from 151 to 161 Gloucester Rd whenever it rains. The kerb and paving stones are damaged and the pavement splaes as pedestrians walk on it. In recent rain the flooding leaked into a pavement substation causing a power cut along this part of glocuestr roaf - (pictured above).
