Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Completely full drain pot, not seen cleared in last 15 years, may cause probs further down hill eg leaves/silt etc. On Sommerville Rd, by Walsingham Rd junction. Opposite approx. 125 Sommerville Road BRISTOL BS6 5BX.
