Its terrifying walking home from work after getting off the bus. It's not acceptable for all these by passes to have no lights. People will try to cross the main busy road and if there is an accident you will be to blame. Last night I saw a young girl coming back from her ballet class having to work through there they have been out for at least two weeks now you have a responsibility to ensure it's light and as safe as it can be.
