Subway blocked dangerous crossing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
The subway has been blocked for nearly 2 months. It is becoming a health hazard with stagnant water and rubbish discarded there and children running through it. Also today there has been a gas leak on whitchurch lane above the subway and crossing the road here is very dangerous with vans blocking the view to cross safely. This subway has been flooding for many years with continuing problems and risks. Also the path at the side is also very broken and dangerous especially with the wet mud on it from recent pipe works taking place.
