Large Section of concrete slab is loose and rocking upwards next to drain, several other sections of road are cracking up, severe hazard to cars and lorries

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2425954.

Heavy lorries have damaged the road, there is a large section of loose concrete that looks like it could tilt upwards and cause a major accident Kerbs along same road damaged by lorries are loose and sections are missing as well, Generally the road is in very poor condition with sections of concrete breaking up.
