Corner of the kerb is not fitted properly so it sticks out and is sharp- it sliced a hole in my tyre

The kerb outside of my house- 46 Woodside Road, Brislington, BS4 4DP, is sticking out and sharp. I reversed to leave the house and the tyre caught on the defective kerb.
