The BT manhole cover at the junction of Wells, Rd and Bathwell Rd is sinking into the tarmac and is now causing a loud clanging sound as vehicles drive over it and tip it up. This constant noise disturbs local residents and especialy keeps them awake at night. This is the 3rd time this has happened within a few years. Can this: 1. Be fixed urgently, within a few days 2. Use a more permanent solution to the problem, so it doesn't keep happening. Thank you.

There is also a very noisy manhole cover on the Wells Road by the corner of Haverstock Road, disturbing many residents sleep. This has previously been reported by several neighbours. Please can it be fixed urgently.
