Depression in road around manhole cover in Wells Rd, at junction with Bathwell Rd BS4. (just past Greenwoods estate agent, as you go up the hill)

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
The BT manhole cover at the junction of Wells, Rd and Bathwell Rd is sinking into the tarmac and is now causing a loud clanging sound as vehicles drive over it and tip it up. This constant noise disturbs local residents and especialy keeps them awake at night. This is the 3rd time this has happened within a few years. Can this: 1. Be fixed urgently, within a few days 2. Use a more permanent solution to the problem, so it doesn't keep happening. Thank you.
