Defective stretch of road, raised tarmac, sunken potholes

Reporting via FMS - raised tarmac/sunken potholes near 146 South Lib Lane causing noise late at night & early mornings as they are hit by empty freight containers coming through - bad patch area near G4S security company. please attend as soon as possible.
