Slippery alley from rotting leaves

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Yesterday, an elderly gentleman slipped on the rotting leaves on this footpath (David Thomas Lane on Effingham Road side) causing a serious wound to the back of his head, requiring an ambulance and urgent medical attention. He will require stitches. There is a blood stain on the wall where he fell. This alley needs to be cleared and made safe urgently.
