Completely unacceptable lack of action by BCC to clear 2 problems at this junction. Flooding every time it rains affecting Cheltenham Road road traffic and the pedestrian crossing here. Also the lower end of the cycle lane on Arley Hill constantly full of mud and detritus which presents a hazard to cyclists and pedestrians. Do something about it or I will report BCC to the HSE for negligence and failing to fulfill their health and safety duties to the public!
