Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

These unattended wires pose a risk to people when walking along the street in the day time, let alone at night.

As you can see from the photos there is a major slips, trips and falls risk.

How can parties put out their recycling when these risks are posed?

    You can't see the cables and they pose a serious issue.

    They pose a problem to putting bins out and walking past.
