Pavement unusable for pedestrians

Cars parking on grass makes the whole pavement slippery and muddy and can not be used by pedestrians. Its in a real mess. Also people park across the pavement here making it impossible for pedestrians to pass. This area needs to be properly marked and surfaced as parking or needs something to stop people parking there.
