Bins and rubbish blocking footpath

Reported via mobile in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 07:29, Tue 22 December 2020 ; (there is no pin shown as the user did not use the map)

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Certain shops on church Road seem to think that it is acceptable to put there bins and waste on the corner of Victoria parade and church Road in redfield where the Pavement gets narrow. There is not enough space for a pushchair wheelchair to get through elderly people are struggling to walk down the path it will not be long until a bad accident happens because of this. If the bins etc were moved down the road 30ft there would be no problem. This needs addressing as a matter of urgency.
