Rain water overflowing outside our property

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Outside 543 Bishport Ave rain water comes up through the ground ever since new gas pipes were installed a couple of years ago and its getting worse every year. Water board have confirmed its not waste or drinking water.

  • Due to heavy rain last night water is now spouting out from a drain outside my property which in the recent cold weather turns to ice. I have purchased some grit as I am very concerned that someone is going to slip and injure themselves.
