Outside 543 Bishport Ave rain water comes up through the ground ever since new gas pipes were installed a couple of years ago and its getting worse every year. Water board have confirmed its not waste or drinking water.

    Due to heavy rain last night water is now spouting out from a drain outside my property which in the recent cold weather turns to ice. I have purchased some grit as I am very concerned that someone is going to slip and injure themselves.
