Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Again the residents of sovereign house have spared no effort in making this part of west street look awful with their refuse. Please can something be done to stop this as not only does look terrible it obstructs the pavement and forces people to get closer to one another which defeats the purpose of social distancing.
