St Andrews Road- 2 lanes closed into Filter lane

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Due to rta while ago temporary traffic lights have been installed on St Andrew Road. 2 lanes have been closed and traffic is forced into filter lane for ASDA depot. This is endangering drivers who are staff using the car park at the Asda depot. Why are 2 lanes closed off, one closed would solve the problem
