Scaffolding blocking 90% of pavement width

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 16:46, Thursday 7 January 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Scaffolding around Stream Crane pub has been erected leaving insufficient pavement width for pedestrians to pass, forcing them into the road on a roundabout. Wheelchair users would also have to enter the road to pass. Even the sections of scaffolding that leave more pavement space are still no where near enough for social distancing. Temporary bollards should be erected in the road here to separate pedestrians from busy traffic
