Reason inBristol for oxygen therapy & acupuncture re AFTER being hospitalised &breaking shoulder given virus after falling breaking shoulder finding DNR in notes with no Dr admitting & discharging re pyuria boil bursting re GP negligence triggering NB Left hand bundle block[ cardiac] complications ignored ??
This is not democratic or reasonable for a Council to be committing fraud [NB Points West] & admin & Caseworkers doing for work of those supposed to have authority & responsibility & SCRUTINY .This did not happen before call centres & computers - remits & contracts policies & procedures ?then No fair hearing- discretion - again ?
NB Same problem a week later .NB By time saw Bus Gate ON link ROAD there was no escape or other lane NO MARKINGS ON PRECEDING ROAD re bus lane so assumed motorway
Please resolve ASAP as this is not ethically right .
NB Did not know where was on 2 occasions why following a sat nav [ new basic] PCN says metro link gate yet no other escapes & no signage on road re bus lane so had thought motorway .
NB Dyspraxic MA level 2004 & believe vulnerability re disability taken advantage of by not only DVLA but the Police & NHS with no fair hearing discretion
This had been painted out months earlier on Points West & should not be happening .
