Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 21:40, Sat 9 January 2021
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2469610.
Large Laurel Hedge has grown again and is obstructing half the pavement (2metre safe passing on pavements) on Corner Cecil Rd / Clifton Down This is being Reported as one cannot Social Distance and stay safely upon the Pavement I have observed walkers stepping into the road and narrowly missing oncoming traffic As it encroaches more than 6” / 15cm from residents wall is this a Bristol City Council owned hedge or homeowners responsibility? I also enclose image of a car emerging from Cecil Rd from STOP junction it has a very poor view for traffic coming towards it due the same hedge / drivers sight lines.
