Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Rubbish bin and recycling boxes never put out for collections and it is a eyesore and a attraction for rats and mice. Just seems to be putting rubbish straight into garden. He is not the tenant the mother is and she has not been there for a few months. This needs to be sorted ASAP. There is people coming and going at all hours.

Rubbish still piling up. Lady who lives above them is getting flies in her flat even though it’s winter.
