The manhole cover used to be used by Virgin Media As traffic ,particularly lorries go over it a loud rumble is generated and our properties shake.

  • This sinking Manhole has not been repaired, please can it be repaired as soon as possible, surrounding area has sunk

  • This problem has still not been fixed and in addition to the manhole cover sinking there is 2metre approx. stretch of road that has previously been re surfaced which is also sinking, this adjacent to the manhole cover and outside 203/204. Something needs to be done as they are becoming worse

  • A job has been raised with our contractors to action this issue and appropriate repairs or maintenance will be undertaken as soon as they can.

  • It is now October and there is still no sign of this being fixed and the house is still tremoring as the heavy traffic go over these dips in the road
