Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2492122.
Contractor working in the vicinity has reported the following longstanding issue:
A section of the drainpipe appears to be damaged approx. 750mm up from the gully chamber.
Causes severe issues on the higwhay when it rains heavily.
Survey required.
