Large puddle at junction by dropped kerb and pedestrian lights - pedestrians get splashed as cars turn, and have to step in puddle to cross road

There was still a large puddle when I drove past today. The location is actually at the traffic lights on Canford Road, rather than Lampeter Road; at the junction with Falcondale Road.
