The occupiers of 129 leinster ave use their garden as a dumping ground, its a major blight on all the houses around there, it is on a major bus route through knowle, this behaviour promotes vermin in the area, can they be made to take it to the local tip? its been like this for years. its in plain view of everybody who walks down the road or travels on it , their 'back garden' is situated next to the road behind a low wall, they do have bonfires which is illegal because of the plastics they burn which creates a nuisance and my house stinks for days after and i cant go out at all when they light it, so far there is a pyre ready for lighting, sofa's next to it and behind the wall next to the pavement there is mattresses and other rubbish which has been there for well over a year and another pile by a wall near the bonfire
