Local drug addicts and alcoholics hang out

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Rubbish left under the bridge from the local alcoholics and druggies.

The rubbish is beer cans, clothes etc.

Another area is the recycling clothes bin at the back of the Coop car park.

There has been a big increase of rats in the area by the bridge due to the local losers
