Two drain covers end of Kingshill Road one-way system Knowle Park, previously reported as blocked. Now have build up of leaf's and twigs other things preventing water draining away properly. In my opinion i think a street clean with a person where possible, using a brush, need to sweep the road clean the whole length of Kingshill Road one way system between parked cars. Kingshill Road is lined with mature trees. You can see the whole length of Kingshill Road, small pieces broken twigs plus fallen leaf's throughout the Autumn early winter months built up and rotting away. In my opinion a street sweep is required which will cut down and stop the drains becoming blocked and drain covers becoming blocked. I cannot get the arrow to move to Kingshill Road, it will not move/jammed.
