Gulley at bottom of Ashton Gate Terrace blocked, when it rains the water flows to North St which also looks to have a blocked gulley. The water level is high and has gone onto the pavement. The height of the water also means the dropped kerb is unable to be used as it is submerged which will cause issues for wheelchairs, prams, etc. The issue has been there for months if not years but seems to be getting worse.
