Why remove a perfectly nice grass verge that is aesthetically pleasing to the area, just so someone can park their car on it? May be fine the houses using the grass verges and then put the money back into maintenance of the area. Since when has slipping on grass been a liability? The option to walk across the grass to a parked car when there is already dropped kerbs available is were the liability should be placed. Does the injured party play sports on grass?
