Reported via desktop in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 19:16, Tuesday 2 February 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A diversion sign has been abandoned at the junction on Claremont Road and Elton Road/Kersteman Road. There may also still be an abandoned sign at the junction of Cranbrook Road and Kersteman Road, and another in Claremont Road, opposite Purton Road. (I've not been able to check those recently.)
