Damaged kerb has caused damage to my car wheel

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 12:38, Wed 3 February 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I pulled in to drop my mother home at 14 Highmead Gardens. She is 93 and a little unsteady on her feet so I try to get as close as possible normally the bay is blocked by cars parking on the kerbs and I believe that this has caused the issue. Unfortunately. I did not see the damaged kerb so when I pulled in the kerbstones jutting into the road damaged the wheel on my car. I have spoken to someone else who had a tyre damaged and had to replace it in the last few weeks so it is an ongoing issue. I feel that this is not only costly but dangerous because when the snow was there you could not see the uneven path. I know that the issue has been there for a couple of months at least because I asked around.
