3rd gulley cover from pedestrian crossing blocked, splashed pedestrians

Reported via mobile in the Gully/Drainage category by Martin Stocker at 15:21, Thu 4 February 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Drain blocked opposite 1 Wade St, alongside Sally army's logos house flower beds, cover sunk not too much but when filled with rain, is a cause of pedestrians getting splashed, wether the driver wants to or not, if traffic both ways or first in line to pass by not realising etc.
